Manufactured from the same 100% recycled materials as our Wall Cladding Boards and Decking Boards, they have the same low maintenance features and qualities as the rest of your project.

Color variations and weathering

Because of the natural materials used in our Composite Skirting Trims, color variations and weathering are to be expected. We recommend placing a single order for Composite products, as ordering separately will result in differences between batches, leading to color variation in your project. Even within a single order, you may still notice some color differences in the Skirting Trims.

After installation, the Composite Corner Trims and Cladding or Decking will endure an initial color stabilization process. This usually takes place within the first six months, as the material adjusts to its new surroundings.

Weather conditions will affect the appearance of your Composite Skirting Trims, they will differ in shade when dry compared to when wet.

Composite decking can be eco-friendly, as many brands use recycled materials in their manufacturing process. And because it requires less maintenance and has a longer lifespan than traditional wood decking, it can help reduce waste over time.

It is also less likely to fade, stain, or rot than wood decking, making it a more durable option in harsh weather conditions.

To clean and maintain your composite decking, simply sweep or hose it down regularly to avoid a buildup of dirt and debris. For more stubborn stains, you can use a mild detergent and warm water. It is not recommended to use a pressure washer on composite decking, as it can cause damage to the surface.
